Pros

All of the above. Emphasis on training. Seniors visit sites regularly and engage. Fringe benefits good and getting better. Feel valued, feel cared about.

Cons

Very US centric (website, intranet and staff magazine rarely if at all mention other sites) - don't always understand how non-US sites work or play and can seem a bit self absorbed - although seniors have recognised they are a worldwide company and are trying to fix this. There seems to be pay disparity between US and non-US employees and insofar as this matters - non US pay is not that high by comparative native employees. Limited career progression in smaller non-US sites

Pros

decent pay for middle income, decent work area, good experience and not to bad of a job

Cons

Management sucks its all about the pie chart, bar graph and the customer. You better be a robot to work here and dont talk to your coworkers because they will stab you in the back.
