Pros

Great pay, not much else.

Cons

Everything else, management only listens to their leads and never the regular employees. Just stay away from this place and work somewhere where they will appreciate you, your work, and your input. Most leads who get hired will stay a lead, no matter how bad of a lead (or manager) they are.

Pros

Work experience, ownership of work

Cons

Horrible management. No team spirit. Middle and lower management has no skills. People who have no knowledge of the functionality of the team are leading the teams and hence the system is collapsing.

Pros

- Fun people and good atmosphere. A lot of young engineers. Average age in engineering is probably 30. - Due to its rather small size, everyone can evolve quickly and gain more responsabilities. - Good benefits (health insurance, 401k)

Cons

- Supposedly 4x10 hours from Monday to Thursday bur working 10 hours of overtime is expected so you will work every Friday. Expect 60 to 70 hour weeks at times. - Schedule driven - Promotions are not what they used to be.
