      Great but not for everyone

      Pros

      Decent pay compared to other companies in regards to entry level positions. 4 day work weeks are also really nice.

      Cons

      The good ol' boys mentality runs rampant through several departments. And if you're not liked, you won't get far. I had to leave the company to realize how unusual the culture is there.

      Pros

      Average benefits and pay for a small Wisconsin town. Will hire floor technicians right out of high school with no trade skills.

      Cons

      They will hire you in, not provide training to learn your job and then layoff or fire employees when business is slow for a short period of time. If they deem you unnecessary, they will make your life miserable, hoping you quit so that they don't have to pay you severance.

      The products are amazing and the non-leadership Team people are amazing

      Cons

      Company Leadership Team is out of touch with its employees and the changes happening in the workforce. They "lead" from a 1950's mentality. They continue to demand "more with less" of the employees to make up for their poor decisions. The emphasis from the leaders is on schedule, schedule, schedule.
