Man managing company in India has no work rules. he did not know how to behave properly. they need strong manager .Three work years saw poor management.

Really nice people to work with Interesting work

Cons

Executive team members are friendly, but the company does not invest in its employees at all. The expectation and impression is to put in your time because you are lucky to have this job. Benefits are worse than any other place I have worked including startups.
