Pros

I cant think of any maybe a few people that work here. That need to exit!

Cons

Twenty years in sales and this one was the worst. ZERO culture, Shady leadership, Zero Communication, Cant keep a sales leader and they have had some strong leaders. Major Churn, Ungodly health care costs. POC's are abysmal, The worst sales compensation plan I have ever experienced in my twenty plus years! Better off working at Costco.

Management lies and product falsehoods

Pros

There are pockets of decent people. Core product UEBA engine is solid. Identity Analytics are good. Rest of product is smoke and mirrors.

Cons

Product is smoke and mirrors. Many product claims are false/un-demonstrable. Customer churn is massive. Management does NOT to want sell the company. This is a lifestyle company. Bonuses are not paid. Commissions are Bogus. One year they were paid in Amex gift cards. You have to negotiate health insurance if you want your family covered. There are other areas of questionable ethics.

Pros

Some good co-workers that were trapped, too, and trying to make the best of it. Initial ingestion of data for the tool seemed to be better than some of the competitors.

Cons

The company did not follow through on promises from interview. Did not professionally treat and engage the field sales team like other tech companies. The multiple times a week mandatory meetings (conference calls) were duplicative and therefore wasteful, unorganized, managers talking over each other, and unfortunately very demeaning of the sales people that spoke honestly, including their veterans, in front of the others on the call.
