      Gurucul is a company with immense growth potential and a cutting edge product that is unmatched in the cyber security marketplace. The ever changing cyber security marketplace makes for an exciting work environment. From the bottom to the top Gurucul is the best. Great product, great managers, and great clients! I could not be happier working here.

      Cons

      The "we are in this together" mindset at Gurucul leads to some long nights and working on the weekends, but you are working side by side with your senior managers so you truly are "in this together". Everyone does their part and puts in the time, even if it means wearing different hats.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a high energy and quick growth kind of environment, this is the place to be. I came here after spending over a decade in corporate world. What excited me was this is not a hit or miss opportunity. The founders have done this before and have a credible past. They know what they are doing. Besides, the technology is cutting edge and the product is at the helm of IAM and Info-Sec changes in the industry. I must admit that I was a little skeptic coming in but my fears were dispelled quickly. This is a good company to be with to enjoy quick growth.

      Cons

      Like other said, the work hours are all over the place but that's how high growth companies operate. There is no time to wait as there is very little margin for loosing to competition and being put out of business. You got to put yourself out there. If you are looking for 8 to 5 kind of routine, this is not the place.
