Pros
First things first, coming from a "BIG 4" to startup(GuruCul) has been a sizable transition in my career. In GuruCul, the Management is so accommodating that, as an employee you can try hands on variety of verticals, be it, Product Management, Product Marketing or Project implementations etc. Sounds cool right....exactly!! Since its a start up, there is always so much creativity you can be a part of, just take the ownership of it and start working from there... Period!!
