-I got to experience various roles within the company until I found the right fit -My boss wasn't very hands-on, so I got out of the job what I put in -I learned a ton from my time working here, and I am very thankful for this opportunity -I found value in forming connections with people in other departments early very important because of how interconnected all the work is -I got to make decisions even as a very junior member of the company, and felt valued as an employee and what feedback I have to offer

Cons

-Not a lot of directional guidance when first starting, so you have to figure a lot of stuff out on your own

I have received started working for this company this year and it was been an incredible experience! As a first time sales associate, not only has this company been a positive environment to work at, but they put in the time to train their employees to be the best. The people are so kind and willing to help whenever needed.

Since I’ve been here there has been no cons, This company has it all!
