1.Branch I work at. 2. People I work with. 3. Able to do job without being watched over all the time. 4. Being able to help customers on variety of projects. 5. Vacation policy.

Cons

1. Upgrade some of the older equipment at locations. 2. Invest in the maintenance of building and offices. 3. Staff locations with more then bare minimum.
