Your coworkers are great people, they are flexible in the work/life balance, good benefits, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Very slow in decision making, don't get you the help that you need, too much work for the pay, don't let you learn and grow in your field if they feel the cost is too high.

The grass is definitely greener on the Gustave A Larson side of the fence. provide you are hard working and do your job to the best of your ability, you have autonomy. no one is micro managed and all are appreciated for their contribution

Cons

overall benefits are in line with the industry however insurance deductabels are a little high.
