steady hrs. 40hrs even during slow times. Work with nice and very knowledgeable people.

Cons

my opinion. but most people at least in my branch are worried about what they have to do. Not looking to see if anyone else needs a hand. If you need help and ask they will, just no initiative to help others.

Gustave Larson is a family owned company that has been in business almost 80 years. They offer great pay and benefits as well as flexible schedules. Fun and friendly work environments and potential for future growth.

Cons

Wish this was less micro managing and more empowerment of our employees to make their own decisions. Our current OS is cumbersome to new employees to learn.
