Our Senior Management team works hard to make this business a success with new acquisitions and increased buying power to give our customers the best service possible with multiple locations throughout the United States

Cons

There needs to be more Management interaction with ALL employees instead of just a few. It's very simple to walk around and say Good Morning to people, even if you have forgotten their names which sometimes can happen when you have 500 employees. It is little things like that that can make you feel appreciated.

Benefits are great, mostly - do a lot for their employees - family, employee oriented - flexible hours - allow for personal business - not micromanaged - fun, friendly atmosphere - do a lot for the community - built on integrity

Cons

Not enough group communication within department - unrealistic picture of amount of time needed to complete tasks - compensation is low, relatively speaking; my wage will be minimum wage soon; PTO is a bit low, relatively speaking - don't always consider current employees for open positions - most of Senior Mgt. doesn't even know my name, much less me as a person
