Pros

Benefits until they stopped paying for our medical and removed all the stipends and incentives! They do let you off whenever you ask !

Cons

Sneaky managers Low diversity equality’ Fake environment in whole No opportunity for advancement Back to back to back to back calls where everyone transfer to whoever they want when they want . Wasn’t trained on the information they want us to help customers with very difficult issues regarding payroll ,taxes and retirement accounts so I know a lot of customers have been misinformed and screw up their finances due to this company , A lot of Micro managing you can’t breathe without a ping from WF I’m overwhelmed and holding on but please listen to my advice, I believe gusto is now needing more younger workers because the seasoned employees whom are fed are dropping like flies . Also they are having funding issues regarding no submission of their IOP! Layoffs soon !
