Pros

Hot lunches in Denver 5x a week. Fun modern office. Easy work and not a ton of volume. No micromanagement. Collaborative company culture and unlimited snacks.

Cons

Metrics are ambigious and these roles are not traditional quota carrying or selling. No variable comp which is a blessing and a curse. Lots of internal promotions based on vibes not performance.

Pros

Free food and cool people

Cons

I have never been more micromanaged in my life. They make you clock in and out for everything you do, including bathroom breaks. If you use more than 10 minutes of "personal time" a day, you will get written up and potentially fired for "work avoidance." Even though there is good start up energy here, its still a corporate dog eat dog world and people (your managers) will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. If you want to work at Gusto, dont work for the Inbound or Outbound team. Find a way around it.
