Pros
Everything! Great managers who care about you as a person and your work life balance. Great teammates. Gusto will fund everything you need to work remotely. Pay is fair for your position. Benefits are great. Unlimited PTO. More than anything, it's a hard working environment full of creative fintech minds. Gusto truly cares about it's employees and it's very obvious! I haven't been to an office, but I hear they are great!
Cons
The ONLY con is the ambiguity of being a remote worker. I feel like there are a lot of little things that just aren't communicated because I work fully remote. However, teammates and managers are always willing to clarify things.
