      - great benefits, stock shares, 401k - work culture is empathetic - hybrid model

      Cons

      - work/life balance is beginning to crumble - lots more work for not enough pay - room for growth (but very messy to get promoted - usually hiring external compared to internal)

      Snacks, Location of office, Comfy chair.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment. They underpay market average by a large margin and try to make up for that with other “perks”. There’s an underlying bro culture that exists within the sales org. I’m not quite sure about other departments.
