Pros
It's an income so that's a plus but it's at a cost.
Cons
Even in the application process this pretend WOKE company asks if your trans, who you sleep with in the form of sexual orientation, etc. The kicker is that they are not asking to be diversified and inclusive. They are asking to weed out those people they pretend to include. Whether you are trans, gay, bi, white, hetero....and the list goes on....a company has no business asking and then they definitely don't get to do it under false pretenses.
