      - Free, catered lunch every day, plus lots of free snacks - Competitive compensation for entry level employees - Several available paths to develop and grow - Youthful, fun culture - Health insurance (with medical, dental, vision) paid for 100% - Equity (stock option) grants for every employee, and opportunities for more based on performance - Great work/life balance - Shoeless office

      Cons

      - Gusto offers a 401(k), but no employer match (although to be honest, I think the stock options make up for this) - Growing VERY quickly, must be comfortable with constant change and growing pains

      Pros

      Gusto has a mission driven culture and we’re solving problems that actually make a difference in everyday peoples lives. The last couple of years in particular have been a pretty incredible time for the company. We’re growing fast, our valuation has skyrocketed, we just shipped a rebrand, and we opened our third office in NY. The people here are generally a rare mix of smart non-jerks with high standards. We’ve also made some key senior hires recently.

      Cons

      We need to get better at shipping products faster. Also, the Dogpatch office is incredible but the location isn’t the best for commuting.
