Pros
- Flexible work environment - It's not the most hip place to work, but it seems somewhat stable during a bad economy - Generous health benefits
Cons
- I read another review that said making a decision at Gusto is like passing a bill in Congress. Ha! Totally agree. Lots of back and forth and often times no one knows who the real decision maker is. - Tons of time and resources are dedicated to social justice and woke-ism activities. It sounds good in theory but people don't really do work. They just vent about all that is wrong in the world. - Pay is significantly under market so they can only hire tier 3 talent - Not an inclusive place for people who are moderate/conservative in their political beliefs
