      Great work culture, company seems to be led well and in the right direction, its possible to move up and around the business if you are interested in a different department

      In general Gusto employees are underpaid somewhat.

      Diversity, inclusion, unlimited PTO, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Gusto strives to be transparent but there is some degree of uncertainty. With 5% of the workforce being laid-off with no warning was very unsettling. Also not knowing if or when this will happen again.
