fantastic benefits and culture innovative workforce transparency from leadership very strong values

Cons

currently hiring too many managers and growing too fast. CX cannot handle the current volume and results in poor experience for some of our customers lower than industry average wages (other benefits may outweigh this for you though!) no 401k match??

You are not moving up in the company, if you are not one of the favorites No one really knows what they are doing BUT expect you to figure it out on your own. No accountability Impossible to meet their metrics and always a large backlog. Work life balance is terrible. HR and Management are non-ethical
