      The benefits, people, company value and mission are all great! There are so many people willing to help you and a lot of cross functional collaboration!

      Cons

      A lot of growing pains. The 30,60,90 day training and going through the Growth with Gusto is great, however, the tenured employees needs to learn how to pass knowledge onto the new hires. Teaching the teacher how to teach is what needs to happen. Leadership level among some of the PEs are very young even though they were promoted from within, the leadership skills are not there.
