It's pretty easy for low performers to stick around longer than they should. Cash compensation could be more competitive. No 401k match.

Hybrid environment is weird. itd down town and you don't feel safe, and it costs a lot. they do have a "reimbursement" but its pre taxed and taken out. Pay is way below average. even for inbound leads. No incentive to really overperform. you get a LOT of leads. but over 50% are actually fake/trash and the company doesn't seem to care. Only path forward is to a call center environment that isn't even real selling. its basically customer support.
