      Cons

      They expect you to put up with discrimination, demeaning managers, and unfair policies that they have to constantly change because they are illegal. They hire certain ethnicities with extensive credentials to do entry-level jobs and tell them they aren't qualified to do anything else. Only have one black person per team.

      Amazing people, every department outside of CX is treated like they’re highly valued.

      Cons

      If you plan to join CX, you will be a second class citizen at Gusto. While other teams get mental health days off, you’ll have mandatory OT. You will not spend holidays with your family.
