Getting to understand an industry that most would not first be drawn to. Has wonderful benefits for all employees.

Cons

Lied about the position when I applied and lied about of how some of their benefits play out. Would be great to be upfront when offering the position so employees dont feel cheated.

If you are just starting work after college, Gusto is a good place to start. It is a fun place to work with great people outside of a pandemic.

Cons

Everyone is overworked and the benefits have decreased during the pandemic.
