      Great place for senior engineers, poor for early career

      Pros

      Fantastic culture of humility and learning. Loved working with everyone here and I met some of the most brilliant people I'll ever work with.

      Cons

      Clear issues with management for early-career engineers (very arbitrary guidelines on what performance looks), lack of support for CX/Sales teams, and a lack of transparency while maintaining the feeling that transparency is still there.
