Pros

Gusto hires great managers who will have your back! Co-workers are friendly, very supportive, and come from varied backgrounds.

Cons

There is no commission, and many people get stuck in this role for years – it can be a grind. Still, if you're a consistent top performer among the 40+ outbound representatives, you have a shot at getting promoted to an account executive role.
