Customer Support team at Gusto is one of the best I've been a part of. We care about our customers. The team and leaders all care for one another. It is a place to grow and develop and an exciting company to be at. Things change quickly but that is what makes it exciting!

-The people are amazing -I feel the business goals and objectives are extremely clear and communicated effectively -The facilities/offices are great and offer amazing perks -Strong pay and benefits

Cons

-Lots of change -Training could use some improvement (need to hire more folks on the L&D team)
