      Amazing culture, great perks, and flexible schedule

      Cons

      Slow advancement opportunities in first few years, but improvements have been made recently. Still waiting to see if those pay off!

      Pros

      Such a supportive culture, high emphasis on RISE People-first in word and action-- care about the customers, but also employees. Transparency from top down feels very generous -- from comp bands to performance review to budget to planning, nothing is hidden. Personal development options through learning platforms, access to Modern Health, various workshops, and affinity groups.

      Cons

      Growing pains around organization/process (within certain departments). High attrition once pandemic hit, leading to some team overload/instability. Still finding the best pace for development and engineering.
