      Pros

      This is my first week here so far, and I am blown away by the amount of care and attention the company puts into ensuring that everyone is set for success.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn in a relatively short amount of time. Not the worst con.. but my brain is a little mushy at this point. :)

      Pros

      They were so timely with communication and didn't drag things out. They sent me detailed prep material for interviews so I was ready for the questions they asked. I felt so well taken care of through the whole process and it made me want to work there even more!

      Cons

      It's a lot to learn at the beginning... but there is so much support and encouragement from everyone, I feel like I'll be a pro in no time!

      Fantastic, thorough interview process that gave me a very detailed idea of what to expect when working at Gusto and what to expect in my role. Interview process included a take-home assignment that gave me an idea of the type of work I would be doing day-to-day. I have felt welcomed and supported since day 1! The entire on-boarding process has been flawless and shows just how dedicated the entire Gusto team is to ensuring they provide you with the keys to success.
