      Pros

      The people and the culture. I have worked for companies big and small and Gusto is by far the best company I have worked for. I have never worked for a company where they truly believe that happy employees are a critical part of the company. Everyone I have talked to at the company also believes in the product and helping people. Perks are great too.

      Cons

      No true Cons, I love our office but could be a con being down in Dog Patch.

      Pros

      The culture is incredible- so supportive, high-energy, and yet, laid back. The founders are smart and good and ethical people. Compensation is solid, especially when considering the other benefits: catered lunches, transit, health, gym, and parental.

      Cons

      We’re growing fast, so nothing stays the same for long. You have to be able to adapt to many moving parts.
