      Pros

      I loved the culture when I worked there. I was realy passionate about serving small businesses.

      Cons

      The recent layoffs, especially within Salesforce support teams, are concerning. These teams already seemed understaffed relative to the size of the employee base. Further cuts raise serious questions about how the organization will handle the daily demands of its Salesforce org.

      Pros

      Great benefits Pay is okay but lower for the work you are expected to do Great people to work with. This is what makes the company, the great people you hire

      Cons

      Toxic work environment with absent leadership and HR support, unclear expectations, and lack of internal mobility. Harassment and bullying go unchecked despite repeated reports, while many departments enforce excessive micromanagement that worsens morale
