This is one of the most toxic places I’ve ever worked. They say unlimited PTO but will shame you for taking it, the people they put in “people empowerer” positions are solely based on favorites and the whole company is cliquey and culty. They also talk so much about diversity and inclusion but if you’re not of a certain complexion and a certain look, you won’t be treated the same. The pay is NOT worth the amount of grief this company will cause you.

Low base salary, commission structure changes in 2022 which led to less commission for all reps. Software errors on tax filings and causes headaches for clients.
