Their version of training is a garbage fire and they constantly want you to learn and do more for the same pay, the only way you get a raise is if you hit metrics that only like 20% of employees are hitting. Hence why the turnover rate is like 60% because either people quit or get fired because they’re taking away from manager bonuses

-very low pay -literally a call center -will come down on certain employees for rigid internal promotion structure while promoting white guys to insane positions outside the natural company progression structure -hot potato customers -super cliquey
