Cons

people usually leave gusto because its always hard to get a raise or hard to obtain promotions. The culture has turned toxic and people don't like working there any more.

Cons

No amount of pay is worth your mental health. The workload was so insane and unmanageable. The culture here is a fraud. With that being said, I don't recommend working somewhere where you don't trust the people in charge. Make your own conclusions about how that can backfire to you, and take my advice
