Great overall culture, but some management issues

Overall great work life balance, awesome people, and amazing culture

Cons

When push comes to shove, culture is set aside by some of the managers. As with most startups/tech companies, the company seemed to start compromising its values during more difficult times. I had to leave during the start of the pandemic because the first conversation my manager had with me was about maintaining output during "these unprecedented times" after I had told them I was having a hard time focusing due to my family being high-risk.
