Unlimited PTO Management - Some managers are stellar and really listen and attend to the needs of their employees focusing on how to best develop their career inside and outside of the company Progressive/Inclusive Culture
Cons
Lack of Opportunity - for people who join entry level positions, there is a ceiling for how high they can move up in the company. Overpromising - the company makes a lot of promises to get you to commit that they then never deliver on Management - as the company becomes more corporate (less start up), upper management is trying to standardize work for teams they do not have experience working in resulting in a poor work experience for the ones on those teams Workload - when management does not forecast properly, workload increases for everyone else on the team. Mandatory OT is regularly required. Don't follow through on all their values
