Pros
Nice people and the company does a really good job of delivering quality benefits and providing work-life balance (to most). Very sincere in message of inclusion
Cons
Leadership is misaligned and creates much wasted work and poorly communicated, sudden, change in direction. A war is waging as the company struggles trying to marry the excellent (and taxing) support system they've created for their clients with a need to standardize and simplify processes across the board
