It was important to me that I work somewhere that exhibits genuine care for the community, environment, and its employees. I have absolutely found that working here! The people and culture are what make this company so lively and successful. Everyone I've encountered is supportive, open to growth, smart as heck but leaves their egos at the door, and gives off a family feel. We care about this company and aim to provide more than just gym wear, but foster a safe and inviting place for fitness lovers and newcomers. We pride ourselves on "best idea wins", and higher-level employees are always open to hearing feedback no matter what your position is.
Managers want to help you with your goals from a career standpoint and a personal one. They will find opportunities for you if you put in the work, take initiative, and voice what you're after. I started in Customer Support and am now the only member of the social media team in the United States (PS: it's a UK-based company so be prepared for lots of collaboration across the pond!)

This isn't necessarily a complete con in my own perspective because I personally love it, but be prepared to be super flexible! Things can change at a moment's notice depending on new feedback, ideas, and information.
