Pros

Staff discount, onsite facilities, car chargers onsite, new offices, great workplace culture, family feel, good salary and perks all in all. Bonus based of business performance. Interview process was very thorough, everyone I came into contact with was really nice and provided more information than needed at each stage.

Cons

Not been here long enough to say there are any.
