      Pros

      Pro: people team did a great job hiring individuals and put together a great group of people.

      Cons

      Cons: Leadership promised jobs to open up for years and they didn't. Not their fault but UK board wasn't transparent with how poorly company was doing. Too much emphasis on the UK when more of their business is done in the USA. Poor fashion for men and don't listen to what customers want.

      Great people - lacking the basics

      Great people work here, some of the best in the biz, really good benefits and nice office

      Lacking the basics, not what you know it’s who you know, unfortunately lost faith in the senior leadership team.

      One hit wonder

      Flexible on the dress code /working hrs. & WFH

      Cons

      The C-suite level shows clearly they have no vision, experience and direction on where to go. We lost a lot due to them having no vision and they don't want to listen to other's who can see what is going on and can help to minimize their downfall. That triggers down to the D-suite and they don't have a clue on how to fix that problem.
