      Work Life Balance, Great perks, Friendly Staff

      Cons

      Could have better design, planning (in all kinds) & leadership team. The product design and colours nowadays look very boring and not attractive. The planning is just a mass and actually not really see the plans. Everything becomes ad-hoc now. The leadership team is not experienced enough and become arrogant. We did have company value "be humble" but peoples just treat it as alphabet only.

      Company culture is great, offices are unbelievable and perks are good, people are lovely

      The pay is not the best, progression is also a bit slow

      4 years ago, i loved working for Gymshark, I was so proud. Every company update was so motivating and you could really see how united everyone was. Fast forward, times have admittedly changed. Now we have to worry about whose team will be the next to go. Things have changed in this world and we are now being told we have to come into the office at least 3 times a week. Other companies are working smarter and keeping this as an option as it’s wasteful driving into the office when we can do our job at home. The “main working” office has now moved across the road which lacks windows in many working stations and the office is either too cold or too hot The lift is extremely slow and was fitted like this on purpose to stop staff from using it unless necessary which goes against any inclusivity the company tries to portray
