Pros

Good pay, benefits. Lots of hours of complete pandamonium.

Cons

Individual work load is insane, computer system for data entry is cryptic and full of problems often forcing the evening crews to stay many hours past end of shift to ensure data is entered correctly. Good ol boys code amongst the old timers.

They preach safety and then silence those whom work ethically to promote it. They preach collaboration but provide no bridge between managment and employee The plants are under equipped with personnel especially North America Politics rule... not logic or right and wrong

Dedicated people. Company cares about good long term employees. In most areas the working flexibility is given. Company's size and structure allow good performance treaceability.

Cons

Takes too long to action on weak employees, in particular in the upper level. Too many chances given and too much time lost.
