      Pros

      Collaborative environment with great people... where work/life balance is encouraged and my ideas are valued.

      Cons

      Cons for a place of employment are more personal to me. Like, I live too far away and wish I lived closer. There are no CONs that I would share to discourage someone from working at HBF because it's better than any other company I've worked for personally.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great people. Community oriented, many volunteer opportunities available. A work-life balance is possible at Corporate. Nice headquarters, very environmentally conscious.

      Cons

      Too many middle management layers. Have to be a part of the "clique" to advance. CEO pretends to care about employees. No loyalty. If you've been there more than 10 years, look out!
