      Very flexible work schedule long time employees has 401 and benefits. The pay is very good.

      Not much cons other than they really don't promote people with in the company as much.

      The pay is excellent and the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management was a mess. They also constantly changed our desks around so we were always moving.

      H B Fuller is full of friendly and fun people. There is always a laugh to be had. Management does not micomanage.

      Cons

      HB Fuller makes a point of talking about the opportunity for professional development, but it must be entirely employee driven. Customer Service at HB Fuller is about metrics. Taking on additional responsibilities and projects does not play into consideration for promotion. Management is friendly, but their purpose is to reduce employee turn over.
