Nice salary and good benefits such as 401k and healthcare.

Cons

Collaboration is their buzz word but they do not follow-through with this. Most work conducted in a vacuum. Tremendous lack of accountability. Customers come last.

Pros

I enjoy working with my co-workers. I have a great boss, she listens and is a great roll model. The pay is decent, the benefits are great. There is a lot of hiring from within. I see a lot of people move up within the company.

Cons

In general I enjoy working here. I do not have to much to complain about.

Flex schedule, some nice people, global company, free coffee in the office, not cutting edge if you like a slower pace work environment

Quality directors too busy directing directors meanwhile we never have enough players on the field to score
