      Pros

      This company needs solid leaders and people dedicated to execution. Opportunities are available especially to younger less experienced individuals. They do pay well overall.

      Cons

      Difficult political environment. Growth has been limited over the last several years primarily due to lack of clear focus and taking on too many very large projects at once with a failure to execute well. There is an environment of micromanagement which hinders execution and delivery of value.

      Great company with all benefits, Great place to work, they make you feel like family instead of a regular employee.

      Cons

      Management needs more improvements, Bosses needs to be more lead person rather than boss type.

      One of the best companies to work for. They actually care about employees,and treat every single one with respect. Good benefits,good pay, and vacation. One of the best facility managers I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      There is really nothing bad to say about the company. Maybe they could make hiring process a little more quicker.
