Friendly, down-to-earth, laid back, and supportive co-workers and managers. Great opportunity to learn new things. I was given a mentor and the opportunity to take on new and rewarding responsibilities. The hours were great and the pay and benefits were above average.

Cons

None. My only reason for leaving was that I had strong ambitions to have a leadership role in research and, although I was definitely given the opportunity to grow there, I knew I would need more relevant higher education if I wanted such a leadership role.

Pros

H.B.Fuller culture is great. I specially enjoy to be encouraged to change to new departments and to have nice training opportunities.

Cons

To many people do not are aware of the requirements on a micro level to make the changes happen. It is a big company with a lot of small size company thinking.
