Cons

only possibilitites to grow in the company if you are interested to change your location and if you are working in a production plant

Relatively easy access to executive management. Appears to have appropriate long-term strategic vision. Collaborative work environment with ability to have day-to-day schedule flexibility (depending upon your role in the organization).

Cons

Very lean organization where middle management has to work extra hard -makes execution of strategy difficult. Integration of acquisitions and organization changes not always smooth. Poor performers sometimes are kept onboard for too long.
