Company salaries lightly above average. Good benefits. Engaged management. In expansion mode acquiring companies in the last years. Open culture to express problems. Values and business integrity are an important part of the whole organization.

Cons

Due to many changes in the organization and market constrains, the company has problems to achieve financial results. Some people have additional workload due to restructuring actions.

great company to work at, salary was somewhat competitive although bonuses are hard to come by. excellent people long term vision is there and seems to be right

Cons

politics are horrendous for a company this size. a few bad apples really ruin some departments. Even though they have solid strong women in positions, the top of the company is like a boys club. worked to the bone if you are below a certain point
